Cameron Pimm is the Founder and Managing Partner of Urban Landings, a real estate investment firm specializing in multifamily and NNN retail assets across the Sunbelt and Mountain West. With a focus on long-term value creation, Cameron has established a proven track record of identifying strategic opportunities and executing complex transactions that deliver strong investor returns while enhancing the communities they serve.
Cameron's investment strategy centers on multifamily and NNN retail assets in high-growth markets where he maintains deep local knowledge and established relationships. He focuses on properties with strong income potential and appreciation prospects, creating value through strategic capital improvements, operational enhancements, proactive leasing, and hands-on asset management.
Cameron has owned approximately $500 million in real estate assets nationwide. In addition, he has overseen the performance of 10,000+ multifamily units and over 6 million square feet of commercial assets.
Cameron's diverse background spans institutional-grade multifamily portfolio management, multi- state retail center operations, and strategic advisory roles, including advising the Governor of Tennessee on optimizing state-owned real estate assets. His experience includes positions at leading firms such as JLL, CBRE, Westwood Financial, Pinnacle (now Cushman & Wakefield), and Novare Group.
Cameron is driven by a mission to shape communities and improve quality of life through thoughtful real estate investments. His approach emphasizes leaving neighborhoods better than he found them. In multifamily housing, he focuses on providing attainable housing solutions for the workforce—the backbone of thriving communities. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with concentrations in Real Estate, Management, and Marketing.
